Savoie

INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION

Savoie is located in the Northern Alps. It is home to towns such as Champany en Vanoise, Les Karellis and Lanslebourg. The region offers a multitude of activities. For example, skiing in Val-Cenis, snowshoeing and sledging in winter, or mountain biking and nature walks in summer.

During your stay in Savoie, you can enjoy the beauty of nature by walking in the national parks such as the Vanoise. The Mont-Cenis lake is also a mythical lake in the region.

Like Haute-Savoie, you can enjoy the snow in winter. However, the sun will bring warmth to your heart during your ski breaks in the cold. In summer, the weather is milder.

Savoyard specialities are well known and not lacking. Raclette, fondue, tartiflette are a must!
