WEATHER

As far as the weather is concerned, in winter it is (relatively) cold and snowy, whereas in summer it is much warmer.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, here are some Alsatian specialities: pretzels, cervelas salad, the delicious local foie gras and of course, sauerkraut.
